About this trip

The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys is delighted to extend a special invitation to you to explore the rich legal traditions and breathtaking landscapes of Scandinavia. Trip Organizers are pleased to share that, given the current level of interest, CLE Abroad is committed to moving forward with this program in July-August 2026.

Join us for an exclusive opportunity to engage with fellow legal professionals, gain insights into the unique legal systems of Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, and experience the unparalleled beauty of the Nordic region. Join us for an enriching experience that combines professional development with cultural exploration.

Please Note:  This program will require walking on uneven and sometimes hilly cobblestone streets and stairs where an elevator is not always available. Participants must be able to walk unassisted.

Itineraries are subject to change. All meetings & activities are subject to final confirmation, cultural calendars pending. CLE Abroad terms & conditions apply to this program.

Planning Your Flights

Just a friendly reminder: airfare isn’t included in the trip costs. You are free to book flights with your preferred airlines and class to and from Finland, Sweden & Denmark or explore using miles or points as you see fit. Please plan your air travel according to your corresponding registration (6 or 9 nights - see below). We anticipate program activities to begin in Helsinki around 3:30pm on Day 1, Thursday July 30. Participants make their own way to our hotel upon arrival.

  • For those on the 6 night Helsinki/Stockholm program, the trip begins in Helsinki (HEL) July 30 and ends in Stockholm (ARN) August 5.

  • For those on the 6 night Stockholm/Copenhagen program, your program begins in Stockholm (ARN) August 5 and ends in Copenhagen (CPH) August 8.

  • For those on the 9 night Helsinki/Stockholm/Copenhagen program, your program begins in Helsinki (HEL) July 30 and ends in Copenhagen (CPH) August 8.

If you plan to arrive before the program start date, hotels typically offer the group rate for extra nights. Please let us know your needs as you finalize travel plans—requests should be made at least 60 days in advance, as extra nights are subject to availability and group rates may not apply to last-minute requests.
