The largest Mediterranean island, Sicily presents a deep historical and cultural relevance to mainland Italy and is home to splendid sites such as temples, chapels, mosaics and an active volcano. Our immersive program will engage with local attorneys, scholars, and experts offering poignant commentary on Italian and EU legal and political systems, art, history, architecture, and religion; all while highlighting the welcoming communities and iconic cuisine!

Please note that this program will require high-intensity walking on uneven and sometimes hilly cobblestone streets and stairs where an elevator may not be available. Participants must be able to walk unassisted.

Package prices may increase for signups after Oct 1, 2026 due to a limited number of rooms and services available at negotiated group rates.   

72-Hour Cancellation Window

Participants may always cancel within 72 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking is made at least 45 days prior to the program start date.

Cancellations are subject to the following schedule, based on the date the written cancellation request is received:

• Cancellations by the Participant(s) for any reason made prior to September 8, 2026 will receive a full refund. 

• Cancellations by the Participant(s) for any reason made from September 8, 2026 to November 7, 2026 will forfeit $1000 per participant. 

• Cancellations by the Participant(s) for any reason made after November 7, 2026 will forfeit the entire cost of the trip.
  

Participants may request future program credit instead of applicable refunds, subject to CLE Abroad approval. Any credits issued must be used within 18 months and are non-transferable.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended in case you are unable to travel and have incurred one of the cancellation penalties noted above.

Acknowledgment Requirement

Participants must review and acknowledge the full Terms and Conditions, including Cancellation Terms, at Check-out.

Additional Services

Individually requested services (such as extra hotel nights or special arrangements) may be non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

For those who wish to arrive ahead of the program or extend their stay at a group hotel, please send requests to team@cle-abroad.com.  Prices vary depending on room category.  Subject to Availability & Confirmation by the Hotel.  We kindly ask that requests for additional nights be made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
