While enjoying the best of Portugal's culinary and wine scenes, our immersive program will engage with local experts, attorneys, and academics offering relevant commentary on the Portuguese and EU legal and political systems, US-Portuguese relations, art, history, architecture, and religion. You will also learn why Portugal is fast becoming a popular haven for US and UK expats, retirees, digital nomads and young Americans alike. Join our Core Program for 4-nights in Lisbon from October 14-18, 2026. Add-on 3-nights in Northern Portugal, staying in Porto from October 18-21, 2026, including an excursion to the breathtaking Douro Wine Valley. (Return home from Porto-OPO on October 21 if on the 7-night program). 

Add-on 1-additional night of October 21 (8 nights total) returning to Lisbon with a stop in Coimbra, farewell dinner & overnight in Lisbon to catch flights the following morning of October 22, 2026.

72-Hour Cancellation Window
Participants may cancel within 72 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking is made at least 45 days prior to the program start date.

Cancellations are subject to the following schedule, based on the date the written cancellation request is received:

• Cancellations 150 days or more prior to the program start date (on or before May 17, 2026): Full refund.

• Cancellations between 149-120 days prior to the program start date (between May 17, 2026 and June 16, 2026): $1,000 cancellation fee per participant will apply.

• Cancellations between 119-90 days prior to the program start date (between June 16, 2026 and July 16, 2026): 50% cancellation fee per participant will apply.

• Cancellations within 90 days of the program start date (after July 16, 2026): Full program costs. No refunds will be issued.

Participants may request future program credit instead of applicable refunds, subject to organizer approval. Any credits issued must be used within 18 months and are non-transferable.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended in case you are unable to travel and have incurred one of the cancellation penalties noted above.

Acknowledgment Requirement
Participants must review and acknowledge the full Terms and Conditions, including Cancellation Terms, at check-out.

Additional Services
Individually requested services (such as extra hotel nights or special arrangements) may be non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
