The YCBA, DCBA, and Inn of Court from Austin, TX CLE Abroad trip to the Netherlands was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived everything was thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. Highlights included our visit to the Peace Palace in The Hague and learning more about the International Court of Justice, the work of Lawyers for Lawyers, and the Den Haag Bar Association—experiences that brought a powerful global perspective to our work. The speakers were engaging and accessible, and the opportunity to interact with Dutch legal professionals made the CLE content especially meaningful. Beyond the programming, the staff did an exceptional job—every detail, from logistics to scheduling, was handled with care. The lodging was comfortable and well-located, the food was excellent, and the curated experiences gave us a true sense of the culture. Just as valuable were the connections formed along the way. Sharing this experience created lasting relationships and meaningful conversations that extended well beyond the classroom. This trip was the perfect blend of professional growth, cultural immersion, and genuine enjoyment—I would highly recommend it.
