The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis invites you and your guests to join on an immersive educational journey through the Netherlands. Engage with distinguished attorneys, scholars, and cultural experts who will provide firsthand perspectives on the Dutch legal system, the European Union, and the country's rich history, art, and cultural heritage. Thoughtfully designed to combine professional learning with authentic cultural experiences, this program offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the law while exploring one of Europe's most dynamic and historic nations.

The 6-night program includes 3 nights based in Amsterdam, followed by 3 nights in The Hague, with visits to the spectacular Keukenhof tulip gardens, the iconic windmills of Kinderdijk, and the modern city of Rotterdam.

CLE CREDITS ANTICIPATED.  *CLE credit is being applied for, although the exact number of credits that will be approved is uncertain.

Registrations received prior to October 31, 2026 are eligible for the following discounts:

• FIRST TIME TRAVELERS: Enter code EARLYBIRD for $500 off per person.

• RETURNING TRAVELERS: Enter code LOYAL for $500 off per person.

Please note: Package prices may increase for signups received after December 1, 2026 due to a limited number of rooms and services available at negotiated group rates.   

The program requires considerable walking often on uneven surfaces, cobblestone or rough walkways, or staircases where an elevator may not be available. Participants must be able to walk unassisted or alternative transportation may need to be arranged and could be subject to additional costs.  

Cancellations are subject to the following schedule, based on the date the written cancellation request is received:

• Cancellations 150 days or more prior to the program start date (on or before November 12, 2026): Full refund.

• Cancellations between 149–100 days prior to the program start date (between November 13, 2026 and January 1, 2027): $1,000 administrative cancellation fee per participant will apply.

• Cancellations between 99–76 days prior to the program start date (between January 2, 2027 and January 25, 2027): 50% cancellation fee per participant will apply.

• Cancellations within 75 days of the program start date (on or after January 26, 2027): Full program cost. No refunds will be issued.

Participants may request future program credit instead of applicable refunds, subject to organizer approval. Any credits issued must be used within 18 months and are non-transferable.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended in case you are unable to travel and have incurred one of the cancellation penalties noted above.

Additional Services
Individually requested services (such as extra hotel nights or special arrangements) may be non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
